Spacing of the AUSTREE® Hybrid shade tree is recommended not closer than 10 feet because of its broad canopy. Many customers achieve more than 10 feet of growth the first year. If you want to have a broader canopy, you can top the tree after it has put on five feet of new growth.
There isn't a shade tree that grows faster than the AUSTREE® Hybrid, if there is, we don't know about it! Again, fertilizer and water are critical for this tree to reach its full potential.
